Kids can

I believe that if we didn’t have Kids Can Tautoro school would be not as good as it is.

Did you know Kids Can is the best? Kids Can is like Santa Claus to Tautoro school. One reason why I think Kids Can is magnificent is because they give us things like hats, bars, scroggins, nit shampoo, badges, jackets, pants, shoes and hand sanitizer. If your kids were walking in the freezing wind and rain everyday and then they got a jacket and a pair shoes they will be jumping up and down with happiness. If your child don’t get stuff from Kids Can you will be devastated when you see other people with Kids Can stuff.

But we get heaps free stuff like milk form vontera, sport gear and many more

The second reason why Kids Can is cool is because it makes kids want come to school.They can come and have a toast for breakfast. When your kids walk to school when it is raining and walking through cold puddles.Kids won’t go to school if they don’t have Kids Can.

In summary I think that Kids can is cool because it helps everybody and gives them stuff to learn with.

                  The falls

Kapooooooooowwwwwww! I jumped in and i did a whipie. I haven't done one in a long time. I was mean as. I went there with Ezzy, Uncle Bill and Tim and Gerry and all of them were there and we had a slime fight. It was Ezzy and me against the girls. Ezzy and I  got ambushed and we were up the top of the falls and they were at the bottom.

Ezzy and I  threw a big one at Silver and Gerry’s head and when we jumped in the water they threw a big slime ball at our heads. We got out of the water and sat on the rock saying “Aaaaagggghhhh that is sore” Ezzy complained and said “Yo, ay they can throw for girls ay” and i said “yes.

Then Uncle Bill said “Come on boys we’re off” and we all yelled “yup” and then we ran to the car. On the way, the girls chased us and ambushed us again and we just ran away and they cashed us down  and we sat down and surrendered.

I liked that day because it was cool fun at the falls.

This is my story about the soldiers

It was a scary and horrifying night when we landed on the beaches of Gallipoli.As we hopped out of the Airship I could feel the sand squishing onto my boot like the sun had melted it before it even hit dark.The sea was rolling in and out and the tide was coming in and out like there was a plug in the ocean and it would come out and that ment that the tide was out.

I am a soldier from a little place called N.Z.The war I am going to fight is in a place called Gallipoli.On our way here our captains were publishing long lists of the dead and wounded soldiers.After a few days when we landed 2 captains came together and they had a bet who ever wins a fight they get their victory.

Three months after the first New Zealanders landed a man named Frank Hunt arrived.As he hopped out of his boat he was hit with a peice of sharpne (Flying Metal) and was carried down to the beach and put on the heap of dead people.

As the sun rose and glittered down onto the ground all I could see was blood and a heap of dead people.Once I stepped out of our trench all I could see was this rifle shoot past me like a shooting star.Once I saw my friend get shot by a shooting rifle all I wanted to do was go back home.I could feel a shiver of fear and frightened shoot up my spine.

The New Zealand Wars were fought between 1845 and 1872. They were about who controlled the country and who owned the land. When Europeans arrived, Māori had already been in Aotearoa for more than five hundred years. New Zealand may have looked wild and uninhabited to the first Europeans, but this was misleading. Every part of the country was divided among iwi, hapū, and whānau. In each place, someone had the right to grow kūmara, gather fern-root, take birds or timber, or catch fish. Organised groups of settlers started arriving in New Zealand shortly after the Treaty of Waitangi was signed. Most of these people came from the British Isles in search of a better life. At first, they lived in a handful of small coastal towns: Auckland, Wellington, Whanganui, Nelson, and New Plymouth. Māori outnumbered Pākehā, and British power and influence over the country was limited. Then, less than five years after the treaty was signed, a Māori leader decided to put British power to the test.

The Forbidden cave

One spooky night the children were surprised not to see that there dad Adam hadn’t arrived back from work, their mum Gabriel didn’t notice to in the morning there was a note for mum on the bed.”Darling Gabriel will you ever forgivWwe me for not coming home last night but I will not be late this time”.Jordan asked mum”When did this letter arrive mum.”I have no clue”replied mum.

Later that day dad arrived home covered in blood,Ella screamed when she saw dad covered in blood,”Shhh” wheres mum, oh shes sleeping in bed.Why because she was worried you wouldn’t come home.”Well I’m home now”.Adam walked to the shower when he got out he jumped into some clean clothes he placed his dirty yucky clothes in the washing machine mum was up and went to go do the laundry she came back in the house and spoke in a cleary voice,”Why didn’t you come home last night.Adam had nothing to answer her questioned so he got the knife and cut off her head.slikkkkkkk. The kids ran, Adam ran after them with his knife collection in his hands.

A few minutes later dad had caught the kids and told them never to enter the cave of mystery.”Wonder why he called it the cave of mystery”. Jordan spoke.Don’t listen to that junk said Ella.” Yes I agree with Ella said Hanita.Well we should be heading home now.”No wait but mum yeah what about mum she still at home yeah we can’t just leave her there yes we can I’ll bring it up with the police I’m old enough to look after myself and you two.”So I’ll rent a house for us to live in until the police gets this sorted.

Later that night Ella heard something creeping over by her do a shadow had blocked out the light it was Jordan oh its just you said Ella what do you want. I want to find out why dad won’t let us near the cave or in it.I know because he’s are evil fake dad.
