My technology week three we made Turkish Baklava and Galaktoboureko Greek Custard Phyllo wich was very hard to make a proper layer of pastry.

  1. Hi Konrad good work I like how you told us in the introduction that you were at technology and what you were doing. Next time read through and make sure it makes sense also I read that page 2 and 3 were exactly the same but the food was different. See you later.
